チンニングスタンドやトレーニングベンチ、バーベルなどを置く為に購入。 賃貸なので音などを吸収してくれるクッション性を求めていましたが、今のところ役立っている様に思います。 もっと広い部屋に引っ越した時は追加しようと思っています。

Works as planned.

I'm using these for my home gym setup and they work great. Very easy to connect to each other. I have about 600 pounds of equipment sitting on top of them, and no damage to the tile flooring. They also provide good grip while either barefoot or wearing sneakers. I did recently move one piece of equipment though, which wasn't in place for very long, and the piece of foam it was sitting on is permanently disfigured. No big deal because it still works like it should as far as I can tell.

隣のシートとの接合部がきちんと合うので、部屋のレイアウトに合わせた形で設置できる。マットは滑ったりズレたりということもなく、筋トレやストレッチをしやすい。自分の部屋で筋トレなどをする方にはお勧めできるもの。

Floored a 30sq/m area with these (2 packs). They go together easily, I used duct tape on the underside to hold 4 tiles together just for a little extra durability/stability. Very comfortable to walk on, heavy items do leave a dent but the mats reform to original state after a few days. Very happy :)

Bought 48sqft, receeived 24sqft.
