Q: Will the tropical fruit cubes work for baking?

I would think so, but I would recommend rehydrating them with warm water. I enjoy fruitcake but I loathe citron, so instead I get dried assorted fruits and rehydrate and bake with them. Makes marvelous baked goods!

Q: Is this good for tea?

No, it isn't -- the fruit snack mix consists of chopped bits of several different dried fruits and 2 different kinds of raisins -- I eat it as is as a fruit supplement to my morning Granola breakfasts ... I can't imagine it being used as a way of making tea. Cooking it would only produce a useless fruit MUSH. Forget it.
