Pretty good muscle pumps, size, vascularity. Not sure of myostatin inhibition yet .... Piperine does seem to make it work better, bc I've tired other brands Epicatechin supps without piperine, and they simply did not work for me at all. Piperine does not "sting" or taste bad or upset my stomach the way other reviewers say (unless you suck on the tablet or something like that).

This is a steroid. I used it for 3 weeks. I got more jacked and more sore without doing anything differently. My results were so impressive my brother jumped on it. Within 3 weeks, we both got side effects. I started losing hair. He started getting "steroid side effects". His pee pee shrunk and had motivational issues. This isn't a "non hormonal" muscle building supplement. It's a steroid and it has side effects. Just keep that in mind. It'll probably be banned like SARMs did.

One of the few non hormonal muscle builders that actually work. Great for pumps and endurance too. You do need to run this at higher doses at 600-800 mg a day for results. Great stuff.

It’s a good product, helps increase strength and muscle I notice, usually people say to take 5 to 7 table spoons of cocoa powder for its high epicatechin but honestly who wants to do that.. honestly not me at all so taking this epicatechin supplement is way easier as it is literally 1 tablet, so no need to drink large amounts of green tea and take 7 disgusting table spoons of cocoa powder anymore, I literally just take this supplement 1 epicatechin tablet and that’s all.
