Great size for borders and comes off easy, though it rips some of my paper off with it, rarely that’s the color I applied so it’s occasionally frustrating but overall works fine

Purchased this when I started painting again. It's a great value for the price, removes easily without ripping my watercolor paper, and is overall a great product for the price. I don't get the free time to paint too often, so I still have the same roll I purchased ages ago, and it's still just as it was when I bought it. I'll be sticking with this brand in future!

I bought this tape to make down the edges of my art projects because I ran out of Holbein soft tape and this seemed to get ok reviews on Amazon. It's absolutely terrible though. I've tried it on different papers and using different methods for removal but the end result it is the same. It sticks so much to that there's no way I find to remove it without absolutely destroying the edges of my artwork. It completely rips up the paper and leaves the art looking terrible. It might be ok if you want to mount something as it's sticky enough, but I would not recommend it for masking. I would recommend the Holbein soft tape. It is amazing! It makes a great deal and always comes off perfectly. I ended up finding some on Blick's site and stockpiling it so I never have to resort to using tape like this again. Do not recommend. Would give this tape negative stars if that were possible.

I know this is medium tack, but I figured it would not stick to my art and rip it. I plan on ordering low tack to see if that helps give me a crisp line for painting, but doesn't stick. But I can't wrap my head around what this product is ideal for... since it rips watercolor paper. I have taken college-level art classes (basically the bare min to graduate; art wasn't my thing in college). I am just a hobby level artist. It helps me destress from teaching science all day. So take that into account when you read my review.

Looking forward to using this not only to tape paper to surface, but also for creating little projects.
