I am a Sims player and I have all of the generations of Sims from the first Sims all the way to Sims 4 , as well as I play with my Sims games with creative content and mods. the laptop is very efficient in regards to storage and I do not have issues with lagging or systems not working .I’m able to get at least four hours of continuous game time on a full battery. it was definitely worth all of the money that I paid for and it was very easy to set up as well as use for day-to-day use as well.

alright laptop, runs pretty good but drains battery pretty fast. definitely not a gaming laptop though, cannot run any games well on it.

Unable to update the laptop. Got it, and for two weeks have been unable to update the software and complete security updates. Downloaded Fortnite and fast food simulator, it states the computer does not have the required minimum gaming drivers. Even contacted Microsoft support to see if they had any ideas and they couldn’t help. Was good for the price but will be returning asap.

I bought this for my son to take to college as a freshman. He's been using it for a few months now with no problems. He's not a major gamer, but he was playing Minecraft on it with no lag. I had no problems with Initial setup.

Only good for playing a few low quality graphics games. It takes forever to download or process apps and the battery drains quickly. Definitely a cheap machine - you get what you pay for.
