We purchased 2 of these as they were not the cheapest so expected reasonable quality.To be honest they looked, and felt really nice so it was a huge disappointment that in a little over 5 weeks the tips of both cues had fallen off.They have not treated, or used incorrectly, and probably only for about 10-15 hours in total but alas they are now outside of the returns window so I guess we will be having to get new tips at our expense.

Great cue but only down side is cue tip is not the best

My son was really pleased with his cue, until the tip broke off. Really disappointing as he loved it. Tried gluing it back on but it won't work - not sure how good the quality is as he hasn't used it that many times for it to brake within a month.

Arrived on time son was very happy until he went to use it for the first time and the glue on tip broke so he had to get replacement glue on tips.
