Only 2 stars for this. It may be a good product but one of the side effects is headaches. These gave me migraines and I had to stop taking them.

This supplement is the only thing I’ve found that has helped my severe PMDD. I’ve tried everything, antidepressants, antipsychotics, birth control, you name it. I can’t compare it to other brands really since this is the only one I’ve taken, but this was excellent value for the dosage I wanted and it seems to be good quality. If you’ve got PMDD or other period issues I highly recommend it.
