I’ve been using the DJI Osmo Action 5 for a few weeks now, and it has completely exceeded my expectations. The video quality is stunning — crisp 4K footage with vibrant colors and excellent stabilization, even when I’m hiking or recording from my drone setup. The horizon balancing is buttery smooth and gives everything a cinematic feel. Battery life is also impressive for how powerful this camera is. I can record multiple clips throughout the day without constantly worrying about charging. The touchscreen is bright and responsive, even under direct sunlight, and the magnetic quick-release system makes it super easy to switch mounts or angles in seconds. I’ve used other action cameras before, but this one stands out for its rugged build and smart design. It’s waterproof right out of the box, so no extra case needed for my beach or rainy-day shots. Overall, if you’re a content creator, traveler, or just want a reliable camera to capture life’s best moments, the DJI Osmo Action 5 is absolutely worth it. DJI really nailed it with this one.

I can't say enough positive things about this camera! I usually use go pro 13. Thus is my new go to. Great quality. Easy to connect. FAST downloads. Great sound quality. Compact design.

Fell in love with this camera. Picture quality is top tier and the audio is also great. It came with all the accessories listed. The picture and video are easy to access from the app on your phone. It’s smaller than I imagined.

Camera is great - all the add ons are boo-boo garbage. Batteries and SDcard are off brand and quality of all the attachments is markedly worse than the included branded products (which is what I assumed everything would be) Camera is easy to setup, zoom isn’t great but that’s fine, brightness looks good

Everything was great about this package, until about a month and a half in and neither of the extra batteries included will charge properly, which now makes them worthless. OEM battery is great and no issues. Camera itself and all accessories are great. The two extra batteries were a big reason I bought this package though and since they don’t work and Amazon states they are past the return/exchange period, resting this 3 stars overall. *UPDATE* now both of the extra batteries that came with this package won’t charge. OEM battery continues to work fine

EDIT: After a few days of use, my new Osmo Action has begun to display an overheating error and shuts down after about 15 mins. of recording. I’m hoping that I just got a defective unit, since I can’t seem to find a lot of information online about this being a regular problem. I have a new one ordered and will be returning this one. I will try to update this review once I’ve tested the replacement. For now, I’m leaving it at 5 stars, but that will certainly change if this problem should also persist with the replacement! My initial impressions: I absolutely love this camera. It’s my first GoPro-style action camera and I don’t know how I could be happier. Battery life is somewhat short, but I bought extra batteries and a charger, a tripod, an accessories kit, a table top tripod, a boom mic, lapel mic, mic adapter, another case, and MORE and I still haven’t spent what I would have on the GoPro 9 camera alone, which I was also considering. Great video quality, features, etc.!! Going to order another one or two soon, hopefully.

I have owned several GoPro‘s and this package at this price point is definitely a better bang for your buck. There is very minimal differences between us and the GoPro, I actually prefer the quality of the action five over the GoPro when it comes to post production. this is way easier to transfer to a PC, the GoPro always has transfer issues, but this one is seamless

Öndeki ekran vlog, selfie vb. şeyler çekerken çok işe yarıyor. -Tuşları GoPro gibi bir süre sonra tırnakla basmak gerekmiyor, gayet parmak ile basınca rahatlıkla çalışıyor. -GoPro için yapılmış neredeyse tüm ekipmanlar Osmo Action'a da uyuyor. -Ses seviyesi ve kalitesi GoPro ile aynı diyebiliriz. -Renkleri diğer aksiyon kameralarından çok daha doğal. GoPro'daki işlenmiş yapay/canlı görüntü hissi yok. -Video çekerken D-cinelike diye bir modu var. Eğer bu mod ile çekim yaparsanız daha sonra ilgili yazılımlar ile renkleri çok iyi ayarlayabiliyorsunuz. -Kendi ayarlarınızı profil olarak kaydedip kamera yanındaki tuş sayesinde bu profiller arasında çok rahat geçiş yapabiliyorsunuz. Örneğin bisiklet sürüp video çekerken bir anda bu videoyu durdurup hyperlapse moduna geçmek bir kaç saniye sürüyor. Bisikletten inmeniz, ekrana bakmanız bile gerekmiyor. -Dewarp özelliği sayesinde balıkgözü efektinden kurtulabiliyorsunuz. Video kaydettikten sonra bir photoshop programında bunu yapmanıza gerek kalmıyor. Kameranın kendi dewarp özelliği mevcut. -Şarjı yeterli, ayrıca powerbank ile şarj edilirken de çekim yapılabiliyor. --Eksileri-- -Görüntü açısı GoPro kadar geniş değil. Dolayısı ile göğüs aparatı gibi aparatlar ile vucudunuza takıp bisiklet, motorsiklet vs. sürmeye kalktığınızda GoPro gibi geniş açılı bir görüntü elde edemiyorsunuz. -Uzun videolarda dosyalar diğer aksiyon kameralarındaki gibi 4gb parçalar halinde kaydediliyor. Örneğin 2.7k/30fps kayıt yaptığınızda yaklaşık 5-6 dakikalık bir kayıttan sonra dosya kapasitesi doluyor ve yeni dosyaya kaydetmeye başlıyor. Herhangi bir görüntü ve ses kaybetmiyorsunuz fakat dosyaları bilgisayara attığınızda kesintisiz görüntü için bunları birleştirmeniz gerekiyor. -Rocksteady çok fazla kırpma(crop) yapıyor, %15-20 arası. Bu yüzden görüntü açısı azalıyor. Dolayısı ile eğer aksiyon çekimi yapmayacaksanız Rocksteady özelliğini kapatmanız gerek, böylece daha geniş açılı bir görüntü elde edebilirsiniz.

The UI is easy to use, much better than Go pro hero9 and it's compatible with Go Pro accessories. The video quality is great even after 2 years since it's launched. It serves its purpose well. Well built and good quality. The downside is that DJI has not come out with its official webcam app capabilities which will make it a perfect item.

Desde que salió la GoPro quería adquirir una cámara de acción. Desafortunadamente por el precio me desistia y dejaba a un lado el gusto. Esta cámara cuando la vi me dejo simplemente encantado por su construcción. Debo decir que nunca que tenido una GoPro en mi mano, pero me parece que es de una construcción que no le envidia nada. Toma muy nítidas fotos (En RAW) los videos pueden alcanzar los 4K a 60 FPS y en otras resoluciones hasta 240. (en lo personal ahora estoy aprendiendo) Cuenta con Timelapse y Hyperlapse, HDR (*este ultimo no tiene opción para usar el estabilizar pero es una pasada) y tiene una estabilización electrónica muy buena. Tiene un menú muy amigable donde en 5 minutos prácticamente puedes iniciar a manipular la cámara. Compre esta cámara para mi próximo viaje a Europa y a los Cabos donde quiero trabajar mas con video y no quiero llevar el estabilizador por su propio peso y este producto es sin duda alguna para mi la mejor opción para mi gusto en llevar video montado en mi DSRL y con ello complementar mi hobby por la fotografía y video. Si hay que buscarle un lado negativo a la cámara, serán 2. 1.- Que la batería dura muy poco, (Aun que creo que es característica de estas cámaras al tener una alta demanda del procesador sobre todo en 4k) y 2.- Que no cuente con GPS...Pero para mi caso no es algo que requiera y simplemente dejo el lado negativo para ser mas imparcial mi reseña. De los mejores productos electrónicos que puedo decir que vale la pena cada centavo pagado por el. Recomendable sin duda.

What a great little camera, been using it for a few weeks now and all I can say is it’s just what I want for taking videos of my little trips around Tasmania, I have a small drone and this camera is for taking the ground shots , and drone from above. Both use 4K video. It’s very easy to use and it was a priced a lot cheaper than the GoPro , if you also buy one of the attachments kits that sell on this site, you will have everything you need take some great video.

Nada más abrir el paquete se nota la calidad del producto, compré anteriormente una cámara de acción en Amazon que muchos reviews decían que era una maravilla y cuando me llegó me sentí decepcionado por la mala calidad de imagen y los materiales. Con esta cámara nada más llegar y hacer la pruebas he podido notar que la calidad de la que presume cumple con nota, ademas como comentaban en algún vídeo de YouTube con la última actualización de software ha mejorado muchísimo, ya no existe el lag de la pantalla delantera y todas las pruebas que he hecho con vídeo en 4K, HDR, 1080 etc la calidad es fenomenal. Por el precio actual es una autentica ganga!
