DEWHEL 5 Speed Manual Gearbox Shift Knob M12x1.25 Screw On Aluminum Black

For the price you can't beat this shift knob. It looks great, has a good weight but isn't too heavy like other knobs I have tried which can cause the shifter to feel a little sloppy. The finish seems durable and installation was easy. Keep in mind this shifter does have a small threaded insert to adapt to your shifter's thread pattern, but once installed it was no problem, it can just be a little difficult to remove the insert without damaging the threads if you over-tighten it. With that said I love this shift knob for the price and have since bought a second one for a friend's car because he liked mine so much. One word of warning, like other metal shift knobs, this can get HOT if left sitting in the sun for a long period of time, my solution is to simply put something over it when parked if it's going to be sitting in the hot sun for a long period of time.

I wanted an aftermarket shifter that was metal, small, looked nice, and a bit taller than a ball shifter. It fits my 05 Mustang GT nicely. I will no longer punch my touchscreen going into 3rd gear. Just note if you get a shifter for an s197 you will need a piece to hold your boot on. The only downside I can see from this is heat, but just throw a cloth over it when you leave the car. Don't give it a bad review or take a star away because you forgot metal in sunlight gets hot.

This is a nice little weighted shift knob, but I will note, since it is smaller, you don’t really feel the weight in shifting. The finish is much nicer than I expected. My only gripe with it being the need for an adapter. I thought since I was specifically getting the M12x1.25, that the threads would be integrated in the shift knob’s construction, but alas it requires a little thread adapter. The thread adapter is metal too. Personally, I would still go for a more premium shift knob, but if you like the size and shape of this one, it’s tough to beat.

Solid shift knob, especially for the money. Has a good weight and feel to it, and looks nice. Install was easy and quick- comes with the adapter for your car, just screw it on, tighten with a wrench, and adjust as needed until the shift knob lines up properly.

I’ve tried several aftermarket shifters and they usually always come with a plastic sleeve you put over the threads and then you drive three Allen screws into the plastic sleeve to mount it. This always results in coming loose and then the knob comes off while shifting. Thanks to these guys, I have a fully threaded shifter that will never come off while shifting. Best aftermarket shifters knob I’ve found so far. It’s solid metal too so it it really amazing.

Tuve que comprar un adaptador más porque no viene con adaptadores y en la descripción dice que es compatible con Honda Civic 2001 ex pero no lo es pero se ve bien 😎😎👍👍

For the price was very impressed with the weight and feel of this knob. would buy again although strangely it turns itself due to the vibration. I've tightened it several times, maybe I'll try some locktight. I'm not OCD so it doesn't bother me.

Really nice feeling surface. It is lot smaller than stock nob. My car looks way better now!
