口の中にカプセルを入れ、噛んで中身を出して歯ブラシで磨くこと2回・・・ほとんど効果なしでした。そこで、別の方法を試しました。いらない紙の真ん中にカプセルを縦方向にコツコツと軽く叩きつけ、カプセルの下側に中の粉が寄ったら、カプセルの一番上をハサミで切ります。そして、紙の真ん中に出して山にします。人差し指の先を湿らせて粉をくっつけ、歯の表面を人差し指の腹でぐりぐりと磨きます。山になった粉がなくなるまでそれを繰り返しました。結果・・・歯医者さんでクリーニングしてもらったように真っ白になりました。コーヒーとお茶のヘビードリンカーで歯に茶渋みたいなのがついて、色も黒＆黄色で汚かったのに、10分ほどで驚くほどきれいになりました。家族も驚いていました。コストパフォーマンスも最高です。歯ブラシで磨くのではなく、指を使ってグリグリ摩擦させて磨くとびっくりするくらい効果があります。歯ブラシで磨くのに使った2粒をのぞくと、たった1粒でめちゃめちゃきれいになりました。あと97粒残っている・・・。おすすめします！！昨日頼んで、今日届いて、10分程度で白くきれいに・・・。うそみたいです。これはすごいです。

余計なものが入っていないのでお腹に優しいです。容器中に墨のパウダーが付着しています。カプセルから漏れたのだと思われますが、それぐらい細かく粉砕されているという事でしょう。カプセル入りなので口の中がジャリジャリする事もありません。

粒が大きくて少し飲みづらいですが 食事の後に飲んでますが、沢山食べてもそこまでの体重変動がなく 私には合ってるんだと思います。 なくなりそうになったらまたリピートします。
