Perfectly simple, brilliant!
Impossible not to get the installation right the first time... really. Cheap and lightweight. Might not last long but it’s been super fabulous on my bike being used nearly every day for the past 6 weeks or so and there is no indication that it’s not going to last a long time longer. But it. It works and you can place it anywhere on your bike. I have mine hanging from my handlebars and once you learn where to look they’re great. And they cost nearly nothing. But it.

Works, mount is great but the mirror itself is very convex and cheaply made.
I have put a lot of Mirrycle bar end mirrors on bikes that I have owned and ridden as well as bikes that I’ve fixed up and sold. Recently I acquired a fairly high-end recumbent bicycle which came with bar end shifters. I could have changed out the shifters to triggers or grips but I like them well enough so needed another way to mount mirrors. There are a couple of third-party mount options for Mirrycle mirrors but none I wanted to use for this bike so decided to give these TAGVO mirrors a try. At the price for the pair and with Prime protection it wasn’t a big gamble. While I prefer handle bar toys which require a tool to install or remove (to make theft a little bit harder), the rubber straps of these mirrors make installation very easy and hold the mirror firmly in place. I didn’t even have to put a shim around the handlebar first. I don’t plan to remove and reinstall these mirrors, now that they’re set the way I want they’ll never come off unless they break or something; but for those who have several bikes and want to swap these mirrors among them or want to remove them every time they lock up, the strap makes that easy to do.The mirror bends and swivels to any position you might want and once set in place don’t move even when riding over pretty solid bumps and rough road surface. I haven’t owned them long enough to tell yet but I do hope that the rotation axis remain tight as unlike with a Mirrycle mirror’s mount there is no way to tighten them if they do become loose. If you rely on a mirror there’s nothing worse than glancing at it when you need to check behind you only to find the mirror is not in the right position to do the job, and having to constantly reposition a mirror is an annoyance I don’t want to deal with. I’ll edit this section if that becomes a problem later, just one day out of the box it seems fine.Be aware that the mirror mount can’t position the mirror at any distance from your handlebars. That’s perfect for me but if you need to have the mirror non-adjacent to your bars, this won’t work for you. There are other mirrors with telescoping extensions or long flexible stems you should consider if you need the mirror surface to be at some distance from your bars. The mirror itself is very low quality. Images in the mirror aren’t sharp, partly because the mirror is quite convex and partly because it just isn’t shaped very well (spherical aberration). There are “smudges” which can’t be removed because they aren’t smudges, they are glops of glue or shmutz between the mirror’s inner surface and the black plastic mount. There is also dried glue around the perimeter of the mirror in some spots. None of this makes the mirror unusable, but if you’re used to the clear, crisp images you get with a Mirrycle mirror you can’t help but be disappointed. This low quality in both construction and image quality is why I felt I had to deduct one star. I’d be happier if the mirror surface were closer to flat (i.e. less convex) as that’s a larger issue for me than the overall low quality of the mirror materials and the construction errors.I wish there were some way to put the business end of a Mirrycle mirror into this TAGVO mirror’s mount. That would let me get a high-quality image positioned just where I need it on my new recumbent bike and could see using such a mirror/mount combo in place of a bar end mounted Mirrycle in many cases in the future. I will buy more of these if I get a hold of other bikes which can’t take a Mirrycle in a bar end mount, but I’m going to keep looking for someone making a mount like the one on this TAGVO which will work with a Mirrycle mirror.edit: So I've removed and reinstalled these mirrors on my bike many times now over the last month and I definitely see how the little plastic tab that the rubber strap hooks onto could become damaged over time. I ALMOST bent the tab on one of the mirrors so now I know I need to be gentle with them. I still miss the quality of the Mirrycle mirror's images every time I ride this bike but these TAVGO mirrors are working well enough and were certainly a bargain price for the pair.

Best so far, but not a good solution
Since getting my Segway Ninebot Max about a year ago I've struggled to find a good solution for a rear-view mirror (riding in city traffic can make you anxious if you don't have a good rear view). This lack of a rear view, and the lack of built-in anti-theft measures are two areas where the manufacturers are badly failing.I've been using the Hafny Handlebar Bike Mirror but since the only place I could clamp it (without removing some of the hand grip, which I am unwilling to do) was to the right of the left hand grip (and therefore further from the left side) I had a pretty bad view of the area behind me.So, this TAGVO Bike Mirror came to my attention, regarding which:* It's a pretty flimsy product.* The convex surface does give a wider, although distorted, view.* It uses some of the limited space on the hand grips. You probably don't want this if you have large hands - even by positioning it as far to the outer edge of the hand grips as you can (which does helpfully increase the angle at which you can see directly behind you a bit), there is less space available for your hands. Also, while you can tighten it to stay on one plane (so that it doesn't move while rolling on a bumpy surface), you cannot tighten it to the other plane; IOW, it loses position on one plane so you have to periodically adjust it as you're riding.* Perhaps by moving these very close to the outer edges of the hand grips (to make more room for your hands) you'd increase the odds of them popping off during a ride, but so far that hasn't been a problem: the rubber straps grip very tightly onto the rubber hand grips of the Segway, so it seems this won't happen, though I haven't used them much so far.

Good little mirrors
Like other reviewers, I bought these expecting a cutting-edge, highly accurate mirrored representation, technically engineered, Tour de France-endorsed, laser-precision *plastic* mirrors, and a pair of them, all for under ten dollars. *grin*I bought these for my tandem bike. The rubber strap is very easy to use and great for getting a tight fit depending upon where I want to place this. The ball pivot works great to easily adjust to the right angle.Like another reviewer, when I placed it on the inside of my handlebars of my tandem, my body and shoulder blocked it. I had to move it out onto my handgrip in order to extend it out enough to see. It's pretty durable, too. My bike has fallen over, and a paddleboard slid along the handlebars, but the mirror has held up great. Just rotate and readjust and it's good-to-go.This has met my expectation for it and I would definitely recommend it. Unless you are competing in the Tour de France or Olympics, or act like you should have been hand-selected on those teams but inexplicably was not chosen. ha

Not good for scooters
I bought this for my electric scooter. It doesn't work well, and falls off. The strap that keeps it connected would constantly come undone. Also is way too low on the hand bar to really use effectively.Look elsewhere for scooter riders.
