I take a rounded teaspoon of tumeric and approx 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper mixed with warm water on a daily basis to help with joint inflammation, it seems to work

Turmeric has been a staple part of my diet for many years, used heavily in cooking and by daily supplement. I believe by now I can tell the difference between a good Turmeric and a high quality Turmeric and this is one of the best Turmeric's that I've ever had the pleasure of using. This Turmeric has great absorption and is perfect for use in any sourced, marinades and can also be used to fragrance rice. Turmeric can indeed be used to make tea, smoothies and other drinks, but it can also be used in a wide number of cooking meals that doesn't have to relate to a spicy dish. Added to mash potatoes its vibrant yellowed colour adds both visual and flavour enhancements. The price is very good too for just under £7 you receive 200g of high quality Turmeric. My only complaint is the packaging being plastic and hope that one day manufacturers will make plastics a thing of the past.
