Replacement blades are expensive
Does a great job of opening cans with no sharp edges and no metal shavings. But the replacement blades are very expensive!

Meets expectations
The opener met my expectations. I really like the fact that the cans are opened by removing them and not cutting them out.

Includes a subscription to Nemco Replacement Parts.
Works great...for a period of time. Then you need to start replacing blades and grippers. Oh, you also need to buy a special flat headed 9/16th wrench just to replace the gripper, because a normal 9/16ths won't fit, so add another $25 to the total cost. Make sure it's a THIN one like this: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000LDBV3G Really make sure you clean it well, it can very easily get off kilter and stop cutting right. So, works well...but be aware that you'll be spending another $100 per year replacing cutters and grippers if you do any reasonable volume. I guess it beats cutting your fingers or losing lids in the cans.
