I'm on a ketogenic diet, so was cautious about buying this, as I was concerned it might be syrupy and high in carbs. It is sweet tasting, but is not overly high in carbohydrates. The flavor is good and easy to deal with. However I only gave it 3 stars because like many others here, the bottle leaked, so you are getting cheated out if several doses. I read the other complaint but figured it would have been dealt with by now. What a mess. I will look for another brand. The lif was actually loose
