Look the tea is great. Everyone knows Bigelow tea "Tea proudly" I couldn't let this awesome tea selection take a hit due to Amazons greed and sloppy vending.There was, at one time on Amazon, a place to write about the vendor, or shipper. In this case Amazon, not Bigelow. They are the very worst. It wasn't until I had opened two of the boxes I noticed the next one in the case was already opened. There were two bags missing from that box.It is obvious this was a USED FOOD PRODUCT that had been returned AND RESOLD. A disgusting risk to take for tiny amount of profit they could make on this small purchase.Get the tea, it's great. But, check to see if some one else has opened them before you brew some.

Excellent selection of tea blends

Good assortment of teas makes it nice to offer clients/guests and most will find some tea to their liking. While very helpful to have in a nice display, the cardboard box quality is just meh - while the display container will probably last as long as the tea bags it feels somewhat cheap, at least compared to the nice wooden tea display boxes.Also limited number of tea bags per flavor. I had originally thought we could get this box, then refill as different flavors became low by buying tea elsewhere (I usually pick up on sale) but I'm not certain this display case is designed to reuse.

Love them. Can't buy them in Puerto Rico. They are my favorites when cruising on Royal Caribbean.

Great variety pack!

The package arrived quickly and in good shape. However, I am not pleased with HOW it was delivered. I had notification that it would arrive between a certain time period, so I checked the tracking, which said that it had been handed off directly. It had not. It was left on a table on our front porch with no indication that it had arrived. I was at home during that time, but the door bell was not rung. I am glad that the package was not taken before I got it.
