Traditional Jogging/Walking: For more focused exercise, detaching the desk and raising the handrail allows for comfortable jogging or walking. The upright handrail feels secure. Space-Saving Walking Pad: When space is needed, folding down the handrail converts it into a compact walking pad that can be easily stored. This adaptability makes it suitable for various spaces. Comfortable and Stable for Different Heights (Including 6'1"!) My husband is 6'1" and 220 lbs, this treadmill accommodates his height and weight well. The adjustable handrail height is great for him and me to both use it. It feels quite stable, even during more active walking sessions. The inclusion of a 10% manual incline is a good feature. It's a straightforward way to add slight intensity to your walks, helping to burn more calories and simulate uphill walking. It provides a useful option for varying your routine. It is manual, since you have to fold down legs to get the incline and it isn’t variable. Some details are worth noting: Easy Setup: Setting up the treadmill was quite simple. I work from home 3 days a week and I try to get at least 10,000 steps a day. But that's nearly impossible since I day trade, work, gym, andhave dad duties. So I decided to get some steps in while I'm working or trading! This is the perfect setup since it doesn't take up much space and it's pretty compact. It folds easily and I can use its wheels on the side to push it across to the corner. Also has a 10 degree incline which is my favorite. The rubber pads at the bottom of the treadmill absorb a lot of the shock and unnecessary sounds. Since the treadmill will be upstairs, this is very important. Very quiet for normal walking speed. The desk comes off and on easily with a few straps. It fits my 17" laptop pretty well and it's stable. There are little holders on the edge so it doesn't slide off. Comes with lube and tools to adjust the belt when needed. Acezoe has great products! Will buy again.

Would definitely recommend to anyone who works from home or is very busy with home life. It even has a desk like attachment! Very easy to use, has a remote and emergency stop tag so it's very safe. The remote is magnetic so attached to anywhere on the machine. Comes with everything you need from the oil and an allen key. Very easy to assemble and has an incline and flat most. Built more study than it looks and you can loosen the handles to fold it up if you want. It's the perfect size. Doesn't make too much noise, much quieter than your average gym treadmills. I love that the screen cycles through your calories burnt, speed, and the time! Lots of helpful tips in the guide and scannable QR codes on the machine itself. Great tip for anyone with knee pain is to walk backwards on it while in incline mode.

It’s easy to use, has loads of built-in workouts and even takes control of the treadmill for you so you just pick a session and get going. It also links up with my smartwatch and keeps track of my heart rate and workout history which makes it easy to see progress. You can choose workouts with or without incline, or just control it yourself with the app, the remote or the buttons on the treadmill. The safety clip works properly and the machine stops straight away if it comes loose. The display shows time, distance, speed and calories clearly so you can keep an eye on your stats without stopping. The desk tray slides on and off easily which makes it really versatile. I don’t plan on working while walking but it’s quiet enough that it would definitely be possible. I’ve tried other compact treadmills before but this one feels on a different level. The build is solid, the arms are steady enough to lean on and the tray feels secure. It has the feel of a good gym treadmill but in a size that actually fits at home.
