There are products out there which cost, at the most from the places I've looked, up to five times as much as this product. These vials contain a lot less of the product than that which is contained within this tube. For a while I swore by another leading brand, which I'd discovered here on Amazon. I thought nothing would match it. Then I saw this in my neighbour's Avon book, and bought it. I tried it. Applying in exactly the same way as the previous product. I waited. Five minutes to be precise. Then I gawked into the mirror. What a result. Better than before. Firmer. Smoother. No dryness whatsoever. And no shine. It works. Really works. The skin tingled just after applying this. Good sign. For whatever scientific reason, it indicates a progress. The timing from application to end result is a little deceptive. This will not gain maximum results after the recommended Avon waiting time of one minute and a bit. And herein lies the problem that so many users are experiencing, claiming after trying it that it doesn't work. At all. This is what I'm seeing when going through each review. Because it states in the instruction leaflet that it should be dry after a minute or so, I can only think that the majority of those people trying this product out are seeing very little change in the area around the eyes, after this short time. Assuming dryness, the temptation to apply another coat might get the better of those hoping for the best. (It will happen. Believe me. ) Applying another coating of the gel over an already half baked initial application is going to result in disaster. Any development of the first coat will be hindered by the second coat going on. Within minutes, the whole eye will develop into an area looking as if white chalk dust has been slapped over the eye area of the face. I'm almost positive too, that a reapplication will involve putting a coat of the stuff around the eye at quite possibly, twice the quantity. Even those users who are experiencing white smudge eye after just one coat, are making one vital mistake. THERE IS TOO MUCH OF THE EYE GEL BEING USED. Use a miniscule amount. I'd suggest around the tenth of the size of a pea. Don't rub...ever. Tap the gel gently into the eye area, it will probably seem that there isn't enough of the gel being applied. There is. Repeat this process on the other eye. Gentle dabbing onto the area. Never rubbing or smoothing the lotion in. Then wait. As I said, five minutes. I think all those who already decided to write this off, shall now be experiencing totally different thoughts and approaches to the próduct. Now then. Here's the thing . If after completing this application,anybody feels that there may be still a little room here and there for improvements , then reapply over the first coat in exactly the same way. Don't use any more of the gel. The same amount maximum I'd suggest, decreasing to a little, even lesser amount to suit. Used in this way, this little gem is worth £8.99 of my money any day. It lasts for a long time, or less, depending on how often it is applied. When the result is achieved though, I guess most satisfied users will make this a daily ritual. I do. Just remember the vital and key application process. Tiny amounts of the gel, dabbing and never rubbing, and a little patience to see a fantastic result. This is truly remarkable and without its finding its way to me, I think I'd be feeling old(er). People who know me tell me I look well, and somehow rejuvenated. People who might need to determine my age from time to time, look surprised when it transpires that I'm 55 years old. Most assume 40 to 45. Thank you Avon for develping this beauty. And thank you Amazon for getting it right here to me. Oh, and by the way, and not that it should make any difference, I am MALE.

So, I initially was looking for a tightening cream that had gone viral on tik tok. However, after seeing the price I decided against it. Having tried another brand (M.P.E) which comes in bottles for 100 and 200 uses but was utterly terrible in the texture and final look I decided not to ever spend that much money on a product of this ilk again. Still, I wanted something to ease my bags. I'm a 43 year old woman with good skin (if I do say so myself) but my burgeoning bags and dark circles were still ageing me. Anyhoo, thought I'd look on Avons site, saw this but decided to look for other reviews. Came across this on Amazon at a cheaper price (by about a fiver) so thought 'why not'. I read the recent reviews and took on board the most recent one left by a very helpful chap. He was Bob on with his instructions. Use the tiniest of dots, a little really does go a long way. I'd popped no make up on all day but had eye cream, moisturiser and primer on since 9.30am. My parcel arrived by 4.30pm (next day delivery) put it on straight away. No stinging, no irritation, no weird sticky residue, no chalky marks ANYWHERE and totally refreshed, bright looking under eye area in minutes. I'm absolutely impressed. Only time will see how long the effects last for and I will experiment with putting a touch of concealer over the top. This isn't an eye lift in that it won't take all the problems under your eyes away but for an instantly refreshed look which is gentle for sensitive eyes and even gentler on your bank balance then this is definitely worth a try. Very happy so far.

Price point is good, but the product is not as effective as more expensive brands . If you are looking for more than a very gentle lift then this might not be for you. I will stick to the BH formula which works best for this old gal.

Put a little on - felt stiff and horrible but had no effect on tightening the skin under my eyes. Added a little more, still no difference. Added more and ended up with a load of white, flakey lumps under my eyes (which, apart from that, still didn't look any tighter). Does not "shrink" or "tighten" the skin, as far as I can tell, just make the skin stiff, so when you smile it creases and if you add too much it flakes and looks awful. Absolute waste of money - don't bother with this stuff. Stick to hemerhoid cream, applied sparingly and not too often.

This product does work to certain degree, however I’ve found that even with the tiniest amount it does tend to flake after a couple of hours. I’ve discarded it and wouldn’t buy again.

I really wasn't expecting this to make any difference so I bought two different ones. Used Avon lane on new eye and another one on the other. My goodness the Avon one actually works ,I'm really surprised..I have some really droopy skin and bags under and above my eyes but as suggested by another buyer I put a really thin layer of moisturizer over my eyes and allowed it time to sink in properly. I then put a thin layer of anew on my bags and waited. After about 5 minutes I looked and my eyes were nocitably tighter and brighter. Even my partner noticed the difference. No white Mark's at all. All I can say is try it and thank you Avon.

This product really works. I am very happy with my purchase.

Ik zag vele goede recensies en omdat ik weinig slaap dus de wallen begonnen zichtbaar te worden dacht ik oke deze proberen maar na 2 weken de creme onder de ogen getikt zoals word beschreven qua product behandeling zag ij niks vermindering. Ik heb nu de clinique oog repair tegen rimpels en wallen en na 2 dagen zag ik al vermindering! Dan liever wat prijziger en resultaat. Spijtig want het product belooft veel al maar goed dat het geen prijzige product was.
