As someone new to network marketing, this book, The Four Color Personalities for MLM by Tom “Big Al” Schreiter was a total eye-opener. I finally understand the color personalities—and more importantly, how to recognize and speak to each one. The 3-question method he teaches is simple but powerful. I tested it on my newest business partner and guessed her colors exactly right! It’s already helping me connect better with prospects, even as an introvert. If you’ve ever wondered how to speak your prospect’s language or struggled with what to say, this book gives you a clear roadmap. I highly recommend it to anyone in network marketing—especially those just starting out.

Written for the everyday person like me to comprehend.

I love personality profiles and have read much on the subject so when I saw that Tom "Big Al" Schreiter wrote a new book utilizing the 4 personality types specifically geared for Network Marketing I had to get my hands on it. With that said, Tom makes it clear this is not an in depth book on the intricacies of personality profiles, but gives a very simple basic overview with how it pertains to and how to utilize them in your Network Marketing business. Two points towards the review. 1. Influence = Money Speaking a person's language is the first step towards influence 2. A five star review means that I love this book. Review This book is a handy tool in unique ways, i.e., - Helps people asses personalities so that they become handle-able - In a business like MLM, understanding a few people is more important than what's going on in the whole world - Readers using Pareto principle will understand that what we need is a very small number to bring about major change - If one can use this to understand even ten people, then, the needed words can be applied to draw them in - Can be extended to understand people in general business Color Your Future: Using the Character Code to Enhance Your Life is something which was introduced to me ten years earlier, however, I hadn't tried it. My bad. I feel, these two books have something in common. This book focuses on the area of MLM to keep it easily applicable. Great insight on the personality traits and how to speak to them. Helped me understand my own personality traits also.

Even though I am not blue personality, I had so much fun reading this book. I was laughing almost on every page. I also learnt about types of personalities and the world makes more sense now. In the past I had problems to understand certain people. Now I now why and I can talk to these people now.

I love this book! It makes understanding people so much easier. I realized that I've been talking with my family, my business associates and my prospects from just my own perspective. The Four Color Personalities showed me that I will have much better results by talking with them in the language THEY will hear, understand and respond to. And already, my results are great! Are you looking to improve your selling ? The book shows out new ways to communicate to your prospects. Nevertheless, I don't agree with its methodology.

Das Buch ist informativ, sehr viel zum schmunzeln und man merkt sofort Big Al weiss wovon er redet. Natürlich ist es keine Psychologische Ausbildung mit gensuen Angaben der einzelnen Karakterzügen, aber genug Wissen, um die einzelnen Kategorien von Menschen besser velstanden werden von vielen Berufsgruppen, sogar von Leien. Das ist eine Kunst, die im Netzwerk Marketing sehr brauchst ist. Ein gelungenes Buch das seinen Zweck erfüllt. Es gibt andere Bücher von Big Al, die das ganze NM und darunderliegende psychologische Komponente noch mehr verständlich macht. Sehr anbefehlungswert selbst für mich der mit Therapi und Coaching seit über 25 Jahren arbeitet und bessere Werkzeuge kennt. Aber wozo? Dieses Buch reicht aus um eine guten Start ins NM zu bekommen.

Interesting book

Yes indeed, now I know why I've been reading all these Big Al (and sometimes Keith too) books without having yet taken the first step to join an MLM company. It's because I'm green! Ok, not your Grinch or Joker type, but the one who loves to explain complex technical devices with simple words. Want to know how I started to feel good about it? Read this book, it's a must-read!
