Women of color own the business, and it gets high marks for its well-pigmented, matte lipstick. This goes on smoothly, wet, and creamy like a gloss, but dries quickly to a matte. The color is rich and robust, but you must be careful when applying it, because if you misapply it on your lips, it is hard to get off. It stays on for hours, sometimes even through meals, if they're not greasy. I have several, and this color is Like Berry -- rich, popping, and regal, you don't need but one good pass because it's so rich in color. If you need better control in applying it, and to get a better feel for moisturized lips, then add a tinge of gloss.

This is fantastic, long-lasting lip stain. Has a nice wand to apply nicely. It feels like a lip gloss, but lasts like a stain. Even when the color wears off I can add clear lip balm and it still looks like I’m wearing something natural.

Ordered playmate color. It’s a bright color with matte finish. Seems to hold up very well. Comes off a little with eating/drinking, but not any worse than other brands. Overall very good for the price.

I love this lip matte. I get so many compliments and it last long than I expected. It’s not sticky very nice after it dries. No smell which I love with a nice matte look not to dry either. Just perfect I can apply another color and it looks natural.

This lipstick in a tube has very strong pigments just like I wanted and is definitely matte. For me it dried my lips out after application and then when I tried to put some type of lip balm on over it, the color smudged off however, if I could just deal with dry lips, it lasts throughout the night pretty well with just a few re-applications. I really like the deep pigments while it won’t be my every day lipstick. I can certainly save it for those occasions where I wanna make an impact.

Oh my!! The best no transfer lip color that actually delivered! This no transfer lip color is extremely pigmented, glides on shiny and with ease, after it dries it’s a deep red matte color and it’s truly long lasting. It didn’t bleed even after eating a full meal and a few beverages. The color stayed on all evening, so much so I had to remove with a makeup wipe. The length and wear time is long, and considering the price, great value for the money. I purchased the lip liner as well and both were top tier!

I have never uploaded a photo of myself for a review before, and I am SO picky with my lipstick. This is hands down my new favorite lipstick. It's matte the way I like it, and it doesn't transfer much. I absolutely love the shade as well. If you don't like dry lipstick and prefer a creamy lipstick then this won't be for you, but if you're ok with a matte, dry lipstick then definitely give this ago. Let me also clarify by saying that it's not DRYING. It doesn't take the moisture out of my lips, it just doesn't add moisture and it's not creamy. I will continue to buy this and look forward to trying other shades.
