When we want to detox we drink it mixed into apple juice but more often I use it in the bath water, fine for the whole family. There is no flavour just slightly gritty texture. Safe for little ones and breast feeding mamas because it doesn't enter the bloodstream. Also makes a good face mask just mixed to a paste with some water. Next I'll be mixing with coconut oil for face exfoliation and mask.

It doesn't cause any upset or discomfort and the ingredients tick all the boxes as to the most reccommended type of zeolite. The price is good as is the packaging. It mixes very easily and when I mix it in cocoa or porride it actually enhances the taste

It dissolves really easy on water. I use a teaspoon in a glass of water and leave it for 30 minutes to dissolve completely.

This product will de tox ur body, just a h1/4 T spoon with soup or smoothie will clear the rubbish out of ur system, inc heavy metals, but you will start using the loo 2 a day till ur clear, use for a month, then off for 3-6 depending on ur lifestyle
