I personally like that they are 200 mg tablets.They are very easy to swallow and quicklydigest and go to work. There are no bindingagents used and it seems to be premium Spirulina.Spirulina seems to boost energy, detoxifyand aid Blood sugar stability.

Good price for a bulk amount of spirulina. After getting the flu what felt like a million times last season, I now take spirulina regularly. I like how these are concentrated in tablets so they are easy to take, but I think they can also be mashed up to put in smoothies or something similar. The suggested dosage is 15 tablets, which is kind of unrealistic. I usually just take 2-3 at a time. They contain a lot of good nutrients, so even a dosage smaller than recommended still helps!
