The media could not be loaded. Love this. I used to have a plastic hoop, but after so my times collapsing it started to have dents. I saw this on TikTok and thought this was cool. It definitely is, it looks heavy but it’s not. Everyone who sees it be amazed. Fact that it’s wooden beads and it’s so long. I recommend this, this is great for my workout routine also.

I’m obsessed! It takes time to really get a hand but this is a game changer . I can feel and see the changes in my body. Definitely wear clothes with some kind of compression or cushion. This is also loud and very big so you need plenty of space and plenty of patience !
