Best for tiny fish like guppies
It's adorable. I should've looked at the dimensions better 😂😂 needed it to get leaves and stuff out of a pool. Good little net, nice mesh, and still works, just way too small for what I needed it for. Gave us all a good laugh when we took it out of the box. We're still going to use it anyway since it's a small pool

nice net, good price
I needed a smaller net for general use in my 90-gal reef tank. The net seems to be well made, the telescoping handle is very useful, because it can be hung inside my cabinet, and the price is reasonable.

Not just for betta fish, these are a must for those with saltwater/marine tanks as well
As implied by my title I am using this fish net in a different application (in a reef tank). After upgrading to my 90 gallon tank with a corner overflow, I knew I wanted something with a long handle so I wouldn't have to go up to my armpit if I needed to remove something off the bottom of my tank. The collapsible handle is perfect as it allows me to get to the bottom of my 90 gallon (25 inches deep) while barely getting my hand wet and then can be shrunk down for easy storage. In addition it is the only long handled net I have found that doesn't have some massive net attached to it. Most manufacturers simply can't fathom the idea of a handle long enough to reach down into a decent sized tank without having some huge net that gets stuck on things, snags it or bumps things around. I have found it invaluable for the following:Removing excess snail shells from my tankFlipping over snailsRemoving the occasional spooked fish from the tight confines of the overflowThe occasional unenviable task of removing a dead fishAll in all a very smart design. I would give it one extra star if the build quality was a little bit better, but it's still well worth the money. Certainly much better than most nets in terms of flexibility of use.

Good inexpensive net great cleaning net for waiting pools, blowup pools, inflatable pools
This item is very inexpensive and it is very small of a neck only about 3 inchesThat being said it is perfect for what I bought it for which was an outdoor pool and extends pretty fire so I can reach everywhere in the pool since it’s small and I don’t have to sneak back with my hands. There is a little around holder at the end so I can hang it on a fence or my deck so that it’s always handy.

Moves in hand, difficult to catch fish
The construction of the net is fine, but the design has an issue. It's got an extendable wand that's great to extend the reach, but the part you hold spins freely from the part that extends. So when I move or twist my hand that motion does not extend to the actual net, instead I'm just moving the wand. Another downside is the wand is smooth so after my hands get wet it's hard to grip it. That, coupled with the spinning motion, makes it hard to catch anything. I tried working with this for awhile but I got frustrated and bought another net with a non-extendable handle.

Just what I needed
I bought this to use in my hot tub. Occasionally I need a little net to skim out a bug or leaves or other small debris that work their way into my hot tub water. I love the telescoping handle. Works perfectly for me.

Compact storage and extends for use
Got this for skimming debris from our water feature. Works great with extendable handle. Store away small.
