Ordered the PC for my son's birthday and issues with the GPU. I contacted the manufacturer and I have nothing but amazing things to say about their customer service. They immediately contacted me back offering me solutions and was able to have a replacement sent asap. They consistently replied and answered all of my questions quickly and left me with peace of mind over the situation.

Ok so, I have been using this computer for over a year now almost 2, it has been a great computer, I stream daily for 5 hours a day every day and it has held up on what I expected, everything works perfect, except the only issue I have had is the USB ports some of them don't work. They did at first, but 3 months in they stopped working, but work intermittently now. sometimes I have to, reboot the computer because it doesnt go past the splash screen at start up. But other than that, it is one of the best computers and well worth it if you are on a budget. I honestly really do love this computer. It's a great starter. I recommend it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Right out of the box the computer did not display. I watched the YouTube video to troubleshoot and followed the suggestions with no success. I called the support number and told them I already did what the video said to no avail. They wanted me to send it to them to get it fixed. At that point after reading the other reviews, I decided it more be better to return it and get my money back. Then I went to Walmart and bought a computer. Surprise, the Walmart computer works. Didn’t have to watch videos or call support.
