Best and most effective Tumeric I’ve purchased. I use it for my RA. I’m not sure if it’s the quality or the addition of pepper, but it has reduced my reliance on Prednisone drastically.

Capsules are the easiest to swallow. I buy these only, when you find what works the best why fool around with others. Maybe Costco offers these 💊 pills also, but I stick with this brand. Search the web for the important information, how it helps with inflammation.

3rd party tested. It does work. I've been using turmeric from youtheory for a long time. I did stop taking it for awhile and and started to get really sore, so I stared to take it again and I was feeling great. It's a great product!!!!!

After completing IV chemo for 6 months, followed by oral chemo for 2.5 years out of a prescribed 5-year regimen, I experienced terrific inflammation (swelling) in the affected areas, and extreme bone and muscle pain for the duration. I was left bedridden for nearly the 2.5 years and unable to sit, stand, or walk without screaming from pain and atrophied muscles. To combat the never-ending pain, I was prescribed Tramadol, Celebrex, and 800 mg of ibuprohen daily, which left me in a dopey, lethargic, and non-responsive condition, and unable to really do anything - a real zombie! And after 2.5 years of this, with little relief, I was so disheartened and thought I would never be pain-free again unless I used a heavier pain medication. A friend I met in an earlier adaptive aquatics class shared with me her positive results in reducing pain and being able to participate in regular activities after using the turmeric contained in vegetable capsules, with no taste, and offered me several days' worth to try the "youtheory" 1,000 mg turmeric product for relief. I figured something natural as the turmeric spice had to be better than the expensive and Zombie-producing results that provided little or short-term pain relief. Over the course of the first 4 days in using the turmeric, I found I could get up without aid of someone helping me out of bed, or using a walker, or a cane - and no screaming! Over the next 6 days, I was able to stand up straight (no longer hunched over), also had chemo-induced constipation issues resolved to the point where I had surprisingly lost 10 pounds due to significantly reduced overall body swelling and inflammation. I threw away the drugs, and relied solely on the turmeric capsules twice a day. It has been nearly 4 years now since I first started using the 1,000 mg vegetable capsule daily of the youtheory brand turmeric with bioprene (black pepper extract that helps the body to better absorb the turmeric properties). I highly recommend that for those individuals who wish to rejoin the human race, reduce their pain, and stop being addicted to pain medication that truly can cause other issues to resolve, I challenge you to try this product for overall pain relief!
