I ordered this product from Amazon on September 4 and received it on September 21, 2025. My wife was delighted with it until the December 24, 2025 when the parts of the body holding for the 6 mounting screws over the base cover sheered off. I'm attempted to call the manufacturer , tzumi, as per the instructions in the product manual. I received a notice their phones are not working. I've left a message on their support page and hoping I have better luck. I'm not holding my breath. I had thought the product looked durable. Looks are deceiving. I would encourage people considering this product to purchase with caution.

I only gave it 3 stars because the 1st day I was the handle it Broke!!! I got it as a gift so I can’t return it 😓.. but the brushes & power was great but my back will still hurt to bend over & clean the tub..

I just received my Electric Spin Scrubber. Looks like somebody else was unhappy, too, as the box was not new, obviously returned. The description states "3 speeds," but there are only two, and those are woefully inadequate. Won't scrub a thing. The included "directions" ("please read the instructions carefully before use," are useless. No instructions, just a picture of parts mainly. Packing it up and returning it today! Yes, I fully charged it before use...
