810 - 10 Piece Plain Tube Set, Stainless Steel Pastry Tips, Sizes 0 - 9

I bought these for school and they are really high quality and worth the cost! I mainly used these to pipe buttercream/ganache frosting, choux, and macarons. They’re also really good for filling donuts or eclairs. Really easy to clean with a soap and hot water.

I love Ateco piping tips. They are high quality, durable, strong, easy to use, come in a variety of sizes, and are easy to wash. They are also pretty cheap for what it’s worth. I use them most frequently for piping French macaron batter as well as macaron fillings.

Why did I wait so long to buy large icing tips? These are absolutely perfect for cupcakes! I actually love having the different opening sizes, and the different looks they therefore give. Do not, these aren't the usual small ones that come in starter sets, etc. They are bigger, and aren't going to pair with a bag that has a standard coupler built in. I actually don't even use a coupler for these - I either use plastic icing bags, or I use a regular resusable bag with nothing on the end that I've trimmed to fit the largest of these appropriately. Because of the difference in size between the smallest of this set and the biggest, I can't use one icing bag for all, at least not how I do it. That's fine by me, though, since it just means using two different cut bags. I don't usually use couplers - since I really only do cupcakes, I don't change the tips anyhow, so this works great for what I need. I don't like the container these come in, I ended up just throwin that away and putting them in a Tupperware bin, but that's not even worth discrediting. Basically, this set is amazing.

The case is pretty flimsy. Hinge broke off as a soon as I opened it. But the tips so far are great! So far no rust but I’m also meticulous about keeping them clean after use. Overall a great starter set for those who are beginners.

I bought them for culinary school. For the price that I paid for the tips was a great buying them. Individuals would cost me more in the long run.

Great set!

Over the years, I have ruined so many pastry tips in the garbage disposal. They would fall in there and I would forget and turn it on. Very quickly I realized the error of my ways. Recently I was asked to make cupcakes for my cousins baby shower. I didn't have any round tips (all mine are more like a star shape from being destroyed in the disposal) so I came to Amazon looking for replacements. I have always liked the Ateco brand for pastry supplies. They have quality products that have lasted me years (20+). I wanted to re-create the "signature swirl" that Georgetown cupcakes makes for their cupcakes so I needed a larger tip. This set was perfect for that. I didn't use a coupler when using these, I just put them straight down in the bag since I was piping the same design. The large tips in this set did not fit my larger sized Wilton coupler. The size 807, 808, and 809 were all too big for my Wilton coupler. The rest fit just fine. I have attached photos with a small coupler for size comparison.
