Sure Track clips is an excellent support!
The 20x20 stud baseplate is a perfect size to make wooden train tracks station for Thomas the Train or Brio or melissa and Doug tracks. 6 studs open per track. Also allows for the classic sized 2x2,2x4,2x6,2x8 legos blocks bricks to be used up. Start the ramp, 1 lego classic brick tall plus a 2x 12 stud plate, then 2 bricks tall, then 3, etc. Focus on the green bricks at the bottom to see how level 1 gradually ramps up Second and 3rd levels are 7 bricks tall. If you use the strictly briks stackers, stackable towers, plus 2 lego bricks to get 7 legos tall, you make the spiral mountain or support columns in the train station, diy handmade. Start off using 1 brick support, then a 2 brick support, until you get to 7 briks tall. A strictly briks stacker is 5 bricks tall already! Best part, unlike the large molded plastic bridges of wooden track systems, using legos, strictly briks, etc means these blocks can be disassembled and reused, remade, over and over. We used the SureTrack clips but prefer good old painters masking tape to secure the wooden tracks together to limit child earthquakes from breaking the entire structure. We have the Hape little engines to be the strongest and most capable of climbing the ramps, both the red engine and the brave little engine.

Works well to secure track for 14.5 month old
My 14.5 month old son has recently taken an interest in his train set, but doesn’t really understand the concept of keeping the track together so ‘playing’ with the track often involved a lot of parental assistance. We like for him to be able to play independently with his toys rather than always having to have an adult participate for success. I read about these track clips on a train play blog and figured they couldn’t hurt to try. We received them this afternoon and tried them with our brio toddler train set and they work very well! He can pick up the entire track and the track clips do their job well. There are only two downfalls to the design with our track. We can’t use them to section attach one side of a bridge that we have because of the bridge design. Additionally, the toddler brio train sets have plastic pieces that are designed to help little hands get the train onto the track and the clips don’t work great to secure these pieces. I can kind of make it work with the clips crooked but I’m not sure how this will work long term. At this point though, it is so much easier for my toddler to use the track and he is already loving it so I’m a happy mama! I’m excited to take these with us on a trip next week where we will be playing a lot in hotel lobby’s and it will be helpful to have the track stay together to reduce the risk of loose pieces.

A must have!
My 3 year old grandsons’s new train track he got for Christmas was always in pieces before we bought these clips! A must have! Only a 4 star due to the steep price tag!

A Must for Parents of Toddlers
I love the creative and free building aspect that a wooden train set encourages. That being said, my 2 year old gets extremely frustrated with bridges that collapse while his train drives over them or the tricky inclined pieces of the upper Brio mountain tunnel that don't quite stay together during play. The SureTrack brackets fix our issue perfectly! We setup his track and snapped these on just the "trouble spots" joints of the layout - mainly raised road and curves to the tunnel - and they work perfectly! It even fits inside the upper tunnel where the two incline track pieces meet. This saves us lots of toddler frustration and has encouraged much more individual play time for my toddler. Note: They do not seem to fit onto special pieces that have a shape other than standard track. Highly recommend!

Amazing supports for wooden train tracks.
Amazing little supports for wooden tracks. You still need actual supports here and there to support complicated structured, but these clips can do 80% of the job. We have all sorts if brands of wooden tracks (Brio, Thomas, home-made, made in China, etc) and they work with all of them. And my favorite part is that they take no room to store.

Great product
If you have a wooden train for your child...this is a must! These attach and provide stability for the track allowing your child to play without the track collapsing. We highly recommend.

Great for elevated track
My two-year old son loves his wooden train, which is a mixture of Brio, Bigjigs, and Thomas; but elevated track always frustrated him - although he liked to make the trains go down the inclines, every bump would send it to the ground. We hid his track-risers until we heard about Suretrack, and it works great! Even if he knocks a support down, the track stays in place! I bought two boxes, because he is so young, and his collection is getting larger. I expect the elevated bits will increase as he gets older.

great way to extend playtime and reduce frustration!
I was hesitant about how these would actually work, but after looking at Pinterest and seeing all the awesome train track setups, I noticed almost all of them used these. Now my 2yo is very meticulous, prior to these Suretracks he never tried to take apart his tracks but with the added support of the Surtrack he's able to have much more flexibly without the frustration of a track piece coming apart! They have truly made quite a difference in play time! I ordered two packs and still have half a pack left!
