I noticed in the picture it shows the unit with rubber feet....does the unit actually come with those attached, and if so, does it fit well in a rack?

Yes, it comes with rubber feet, but they're easily removed. The person here who said it wouldn't fit in his rack probably held it in place and tightened one screw, and then the holes for the other screws wouldn't line up with the holes in his rack. The holes in this unit are oversized and slotted. Put all four screws in, but don't tighten them until all four are in place - then tighten them and you won't have any problem. I've assembled several dozen of these into 19 inch rack cabinets with no problem. If you'd like to see how they line up with the holes in your cabinet, lay your cabinet face down and put the power unit in place - you'll see that the holes do, in fact, line up with the mounting holes in the cabinet.

Is this product UL listed?

The PDBC70 DOES NOT appear to be UL-Listed (or ETL tested) based on examination of the images and of the PDBC70 - Manual on the pyleaudio website. I am astonished they would skip such testing. If there is any damage (even if caused by a device you plugged in) your insurance company will investigate and then deny coverage. I hate that Amazon even sells such risk.

What is the little "GND" ground nut on the back near the power cord for?

it allows you to install a (ground) bonding wire, from the power strip to the metal of the rack, cabinet or equipment you mount it in.
