If you want a low acid coffee with good flavor this is it. The bag is large and the price surprisingly fair.

This whole bean blend proved a winner, particularly when used in pour-over or press set ups. It is bright, flavorful and leaves little to no bitter notes on the palate. It is a bargain, one that is available online or in local Whole Food stores. Give it a try!

I lived in Portland for two years and regularly drank the best coffee I've ever had. After moving, I started ordering coffee from the few roasters in Portland who provided mail-order. As time went on I tried finding local roasters who made coffee as good as what I drank in Portland. I eventually gave up because it wasn't possible where I live. I don't hate this coffee. In fact, I kind of like it. It's a medium roast. So expect kind of a chocolatey (as in 70% dark chocolate, not milk chocolate or bitter dark chocolate), silky, kind of bright and a bit sweet.
