Have a limb length difference so this is very helpful this last longer than most , and not at all uncomfortable from my personal experience. Have bought a few pairs now so can I attest they're good.

This product was a total disappointment. A month after a bad fall at home and major surgery to reconstruct my ankle, with 2 weeks in a hospital, followed by 9 more days in a rehabilitation hospital, before being discharged, and able to return home. I was in a wheelchair for 6 more weeks, after I got home, before I was finally able to begin physical therapy. I ordered this item believing that it would elevate my left leg, close to the added height on my right leg, due to the thick sole of the orthopedic boot I had to wear, Sadly, this product failed. It did NOT raise my FOOT, it only raised my HEEL. I could not get close enough to the height of my injured leg with this in any of my shoes. I felt like I was skiing down a very steep slope, which caused more gait issues, and possibly safety risks as well. It had NO heel support, or any other support. It was TOO hard, and TOO rigid. It was NOT comfortable. I could NOT wear it.

My husband's leg was injured years ago in a bad accident. Fast forward 40 years to him finally having his hip replaced but still missing a good 3 inches on that leg. I purchased these hoping they would give him the height back on that leg and THEY WORKED!!! The quality is amazing, they're comfortable for him to wear every day and they've helped to minimize the pain in his lower back !! They come with the shoe insert that already has a lift on it but also there's 3 additional lifts so that you can add more height if needed !!

I was excited to try these height-increase insoles, but they didn’t work out for me. Once I put them inside my shoes, my heel sat so high that it felt like my foot was almost slipping out of the shoe with every step. The extra height also changed the angle of my foot, and after a short time of walking, my feet started to hurt. The material and concept seem fine, and they do add height, but the design just isn’t comfortable or practical. Unless your shoes are very deep or designed for inserts like this, you might end up with the same problem — instability and sore feet. For me, these insoles are a “nice idea” that didn’t work in real life.

The insoles generally do their job. First of all the 4 layers is too much very uncomfortable with 4. Even in boots they barely fit. They slip and slide inside the shoe quite a bit. These insoles arch in such a way that it basically pushes you forward. The insoles themselves are not soft, they’re pretty hard. Taking steps is very awkward and makes you very flat footed. It wouldn’t recommend, but they’re not completely horrible. Im 5’9” and these make me around 6ft, but it just kinda sucks that it’s such a primitive design. I mean it’s 2023, we can’t create a comfortable insole that increases height? Should be easy, but I guess not. They might be good for someone with one leg longer than the other or something, but these were just junk in my opinion. I used the balance of a gift card to purchase, glad I didn’t spend real money on it.

Ive got these in 3 different costumes. Some up to 8 years old and theyre still working great. Highly recommended

Even with out the layers, the air pads make my boots feel more comfortable
