Thank you for your enquiry. These Callebaut white chocolate chips can be used to make cake pops (moulded chocolate spheres on a stick). Q: Is it good for making cakesickles?

I think this chocolate brand would be ideal for your cakesickles. I guess you are using to coat them with. I use this chocolate for dipping my NYC cookies in or incorporating into cookies and cakes. Ensure you very gently melt and if a small amount not melted just fold / keep stirring away from heat, residual heat will melt the rest.
