This product is amazing. I have it outside in a waterproof box and plumbed into my front room via an existing air vent using an 8 foot hose. It very quickly warms up the space saving me having to heat the whole house. I am over the moon with this purchase and the excellent customer service I have received. I cannot recommend this product highly enough and my only regret is not buying this sooner. I raised a concern about the pump not being as quiet as I'd expected and a replacement pump was sent out immediately. 5 stars all round

This diesel heater is advertised as one of the best out there however they don't tell you it will fail daily- numerous issues with glow plug heating and fuel issue yet using top quality diesel and a 240 input to avoid any issues with battery voltages etc in van I don't recommend buying this as I've emailed but had no further support or refund as requested

I love this machine, it operates well and is so easy to use. Operation can be as easy or sophisticated as you choose, it springs into life without hesitation.

Broke down 2 month after I started using it, in the middle of winter.

If you are off grid or won’t have it hooked to main power do not buy this!!! They don’t tell you before you buy it that if the power fails or the plug comes out for ANY reason it is broken and will never work again. Basically a scam . Uses way more diesel than it says when it works. But my dog knocked out the plug and now it’s a smelly paperweight ! I am off grid and can’t afford to have wasted 200$ on this for it to work for one week . Just awful. I could not be more angry with the company for not telling you this before you buy a non refundable junk product !

Test run in the ice shack in the garage it works great. I originally set it up to have the heater inside the sled and the exhaust vent outside. This ended up not being an option as there is a small exhaust leak right at the machine. No matter how I adjusted the exhaust pipe and hose clamp you could see the leak. This is the only reason for the 1 star deduction. I will just run the heater outside with the air return fed inside which will be no issue. It is very quiet and minimal odor you will not notice it if outside. It seems to be heating very well but will know more when I try it on the ice for the first time. So far highly recommend

everything I thought it would be after watching dozens of videos of all different ones from many different names . super quiet nothing but low fan noise . thermostat and remote are great. app works great .super simple to setup move from place to place . mine is permanent for winter months in 3 season room . no smell no smoke . my wife hated the propane big buddy which gave her a headache so now she seems happy with this new setup . so far great ! hope it lasts

Bought this one because I didn’t feel like cleaning my 6yr old permanently mounted diesel heater’s heat exchanger that is installed in my sailboat (home). Thats a nasty job and I don’t want to be bothered with it. So… I’m glad I did buy the new one it because it’s extremely quiet. No pump ticking sound at all. The only sound it makes is the air pressure from the heating end blower and that’s a great sound and easy to deal with imho. Very efficient and far more efficient than my permanently mounted heater. Hats off to H Calory for a great design. It’s a suit case and it is well designed. I do recommend that you change the green fuel line to the hard but flexible white fuel tubing. The remote control, the phone app and the control panel all work flawlessly allowing to set all settings from either one. I bought the TB2S plus and haven’t regretted doing so not even the slightest. I love giving great reviews when they’re earned and this is one of them. I WILL GIVE UPDATES AS I USE THE HEATER. Until then for now it’s a great buy

GREAT heater. I have another name brand and this is just a good. It did not come with the remote like advertised which is why I bought it i needed the thermostat built into the remote. So am extra$20+ wasted. I did not book up the app but it looks simple. It's ran non stop between h3 and h5 for 1.5 weeks. No complaints except that the exhaust and the exhaust tube seem to be the same size. I had another tube so used that.
