OK, this is a real review!! I researched many different products and decided on this one in the end. I'm so glad I did. I suffer from degenerative discs in my lower back and this product is so helpful to me. It truly feels like a real massage from a therapists hands! I like that it switches direction periodically because it ensures that all painful areas are treated! The heat is nice to have and it's convenient that it can be turned off and have just the massage. It's portable...I take it to and from my home to my office, it's cordless/rechargeable, great battery life, just really an amazing product so THANK YOU Bob and Brad. Don't buy a cheaper made Knock Off that may quit working after a few months. This one is the one you need. Worth every penny!!

We love this portable luxury! It is especially therapeutic after baseball games for my teenager. This device actually deeply kneads between the shoulder blades. Plus, the heated function will be so nice come winter in Colorado for the car rides up to the mountain! I highly recommend it!

It works well.Gets a good kneading action. Chose four stars because i'm a little disappointed in the battery life.

I put off buying this for a few months and let it sit in my Amazon cart because I felt like I didn’t really need it. I was wrong. What a great product, helps with my back, calf muscles, and shoulder tension. Incredible product. Battery life is great and it is easy to use and carry around the house or even on a road trip. Have purchased an additional one for a relative and sent the info to many friends (two of whom have also purchased). Everyone loves it.

I currently have a seat massager in my work seat and while it is still working, the pressure isn’t strong enough to warrant a relief. The one that I am using is already the third replacement because if I really badly want a deep pressure, I have to push myself back which destroys it. Also the moving parts for the back aren’t pronounced so I had to look for another one without the bulk. I have been using Bob and Brad massage guns and they’re a good alternative vs theragun for a fraction of it’s price. When I saw this cordless back massager, I thought of two things - portability and usb charging. This means that I do not have to buy another charging cable. Also this means that I can put this on my back while driving. One another use that I saw is I can put this one too on my back on the bed. See how pronounced the massage moving parts? That means that you’re getting the relief that you have without even reaching for a gun for it. The heating option is a nice addition but I am more concerned with the massage which is okay. By winter, I can probably test the heating much more better.

This was my second attempt at using a Bob and Brad back massager and I honestly do love how it feels. It hits the right spots in my lower back, while the first one did not go low enough and had to be returned. I also like that I can bring it in my car to help me get through long trips. I have 3 complaints. (1) it turns off too soon and I have to turn it back on at least 3 times. It stays on for about 5 min max. Then I have to maneuver behind me to reach the button to start it up again. (2) It does not hold its charge long and has to be recharged when not in use. (3) Lastly, it cannot be used while charging. While plugged in, it does not work. Knowing all that, I make it work for me, since it does feel wonderful and is worth the annoyances. Update…unfortunately I’m adding a 4th complaint. That will bring it down to 3 stars. The cord that charges the massager broke this morning. It is a USBC cord and the small silver tip bent and broke off. Now I will have to purchase another cord. I’ve had the massager for about a month now.

Worked wonders on my back! Also, after knee replacement surgery two years ago, the muscle above my knee has always been tight and uncomfortable. No amount of exercise or walking helped. I used this massager above my knee, and no more tightness. I now use it daily to keep my back and knee loose and comfortable.

This thing is amazing! I’ve tried a few massagers before but nothing comes close to how good this one feels. The cordless design is a game changer, I can use it on the couch, at my desk, or even in the car without being stuck to an outlet. The massage itself is nice and firm, almost like real hands working out the knots, and the heat makes it extra relaxing. I like that I can move it around to hit my lower back, shoulders, or even my calves, and the handle makes it easy to hold in place. The battery lasts plenty long for multiple uses before recharging, which is super convenient. It’s become part of my daily routine.
