For reasons unknown, bicarbonate of soda is increasingly difficult to find even in the bigger supermarkets. So, getting 4 tins from Amazon saves a lot of messing about and ensures a good supply. I like making soda bread so this is ideal. Also, if you have bad indigestion, half a teaspoon of this stirred into a small glass of water soon offers relief. An essential for every kitchen! Reasonably priced with quick delivery 😊 😃

I brought these for mum and then she died a week a later, so I apologise I cannot really review it, but mum always used borwicks so it must be good stuff
