Battery keeps repeatedly falling out of the battery slot.
Ordered 4 of these. The battery keeps repeatedly falling off out of the battery slot and then the watch stops working. Pathetic that they could not figure out this simple thing. It’s for all their clocks.

Not a reliable alarm device - good as a desk clock.
Does the job. Alarm needs to be accurate - can't rely on the alarm for critical & timely reminders. Too much variation in the timing. Alarm sound is loud enough.

Inferior product
Please note this is the worst product. It has stopped working completely. Iam surprised Orpat is making such an inferior product!

Very poor quality of internal machine
Clock looks fine but stopped working after 3 months. Orpat customer care ivr sent a complaint page which I submitted. It doesn’t have a reference number or acknowledgment message also. So warranty is doubtful. Repair at local shop also refused saying whole machine is bad. Overall a waste of money. Bought for low price but not lasted long.
