Worked great to scrub my shop doors and concrete. Stain removal was good, sprayed on scrubbed it with a power scrubber and pressure washed off. Im not sure it was any better than just using washing detergent but its easier to apply.

I have used this product to prepare concrete for deep penetrating sealer. It works equally as well as the DIY ( baking soda-dish soap-peroxide-water). Somehow the DIY effort made the concrete cleaner in appearance. But at this price, without the trouble of mixing, it is a good bang for the buck.

I appreciate that's it's biodegradable. It does a decent job but the tougher stains it can't remove. I would buy it again because being safer for the environment is important to me.
