Pretty good
Recipe I used~1 cup baking soda1/2 cup citric acid1 tbs lotionCouple drops of the coloring in the kit I mixed all the ingredients together, if you are making a multi colored bath bomb I recommend making one big batch of It, then separating it into cups and coloring them separately. My only problem with the actual item itself is how small the bags are, when I tried to shrink wrap the bath bomb part of it was left open. I fixed it by putting a second bag around it but it with be twice as hard to unwrap and didn’t look as nice. Some other problems I had was because this was my first time but had nothing to do with the kit. Most recipes say that you have to wait a day for it to dry but this only takes about 10 minutes, though I did have trouble taking it out of the container because I didn’t put anything down to stop it from sticking. Next time I will put something down. My only other problem was the part where the 2 halves are supposed to connect, it wouldn’t stay together for a while but somehow I got it to stick a little bit. Also around the edge it looked terrible, but that has nothing to do with the kit itself. Remember to but the ingredients because it doesn’t come it’s the kit. The recipes above works very well and has few ingredients. The bath bombs I made fizzed a lot more then ones that I have bought and looked very good apart from the edges.

Works well
This bath bomb molds set works great as long as you have all of the specified instructions. It comes with 3 different sizes for a total of 5 molds, 12 food coloring bottles and shrink wrap bags. The instructions were very easy to read and follow. I did not have grape seed oil l but I did use a combo of coconut and olive oil and they both worked well. This does take quite some time to do so plan accordingly. My kid and I did this together and once we were done we tried them out and they worked great. When using a hair dryer to shrink wrap the bomb, have patience it took me more than 5 minutes and it still wasn't completely closed. All in all, everything was easy clean up and the bombs look great.

Nice set but minimal packaging if gifting
This is a nice set. I bought if for my grand daughter because all the kid bath bomb sets had poor reviews- old dried up dyes, not enough material, bombs fall apart, etc.Once I got the set it was very small and in a plain cardboard box about 3x3. Not very splashy as a gift. I found a better box. This set has a recipe inside for the bath bombs that buyer’s like so I selected this set and bought the “not included” raw materials like baking soda, etc needed by my house and included them in the kit I gave the kid. She likes the kit and makes pretty nice bath bombs now.

Works well
I just recently started making my own bathbombs. These colors worked really well. They don't stain the tub or shower.

Good but…
Molds and dye are great to start out with, the shrink wrap as well as the entire package the kit came in smells of pot. Be prepared to buy separate shrink wrap especially if you are starting to sell as a business.

Great set!
My order and the rest of my supplies came from Amazon today and honestly, I just could not wait to try and make a bath bomb. I found a recipe that called for coconut oil, citric acid, corn starch, baking soda, soap dye and essential oil that had great results in the reviews. Fingers crossed I mixed up the ingredients added the dye and pressed the ingredients into the forms. Imagine my excitement that every one turned out beautifully. I realize the mix has a lot to do with the success, but the forms are pretty sturdy and release well or with just a couple light flicks of the finger or something light weight.I added several drops of each of the colors (I did purple for the lavender half and yellow for the lemon half). I think to get a brighter more vibrant color you would have to add a significant amount of dye. To me the bright colored bombs just seem so artificial looking and cheap. I like a more natural look. The lighter tone I got out of the amount I added to me is far more appealing to my own eye.I have yet to use the shrink wrap that's included. I'll try that after they've set for 24 hours. I think the price on this set is very affordable. For my first time out and being a novice at making these bath bombs it was a success and I would highly recommend this!

Small molds but lots of colorants
I received this and was a little surprised my how small the box was but box has a lot of products in there. The size of the molds are small but perfect for just learning. If you are looking to make large size or giant bath bombs you will need to order larger molds. I was excited to receive all of the colorants to play with. Great value for all of the colorants you receive in the box and it comes with simple and easy instructions with a list of ingredients to purchase to make the bath bombs. The ingredients say to use hemp oil but I am planning to use almond oil instead.

Don't waste your money
I wasted my money. The mixture sticks to the molds and it was almost impossible to get the bath bombs out. I got two bath bombs that stayed together from one batch. However, the bags seemed to be the wrong shape for a round object. They don't shrink smoothly, so I ended up with two bath bombs covered in lumpy plastic. I was hoping to give them as gifts, but they went in the garbage. I'll be buying my bath bombs in the future.
