By far the best mouth guard I have ever tried. Includes 2 different sizes, one small and one large which is perfect in our household were my wife was able to use the small and I used the bigger ones. Instructs and setting the guards up was very easy and quick and if you make any mistakes you're able to start again by putting them into warm water and allowing them to soften again. They fit perfectly and work wonders through the night, preventing us grinding our teeth. The material feels very durable and stay in place throughout the night.

I’ve tried a few mouth guards for teeth grinding and this one is by far the best. Super comfortable, stays in place all night, and I actually wake up without jaw pain or tension now. Even the larger tray is so short - last two teeth aren’t covered - so high in the front and thick, but then just too short to stop back teeth meeting. So frustrating! No dearies ever said I have an extra long jaw but I do have wisdom teeth - product should be more clearly labelled it’s for front few teeth not like a regular mouth guard for sports or from the dentist…

I purchased this as the price was reasonable and I had worn away my dentist made mouth guard from over 3 years use of clenching/possible grinding in sleep. The process of making the guard was quite easy to follow, however, I ruined the first attempt by not biting hard enough to make the impression 😕 2nd attempt I did make some sort of guard, but it didn't seem to reach my back teeth even though I only have 12 teeth on the top to cover! Would say it's worth a try, but if you can afford it, get a proper dental guard made by a dentist 🦷😁

I have tried SO MANY mouth guards for my bruxism, including a really expensive professionally molded dentist one that was so tight on my teeth it hurt like crazy to wear. This is the first one I can actually sleep in! It’s comfortable, not too bulky, protective, easy to clean, and was very easy to mold. I appreciated that it came with multiples and two sizes I could try. I ended up going with the smaller one. It’s thick enough that I think I’ll be able to get some good use out of it before I eventually bite through. I’m just happy I can sleep with a thing hugging my teeth at last! And I don’t wake up with tension headaches, bitten cheeks or tongue, chipped teeth, or jaw soreness anymore. I’ll be buying this brand again!

Works very well apart from I found them a little small and didn't quite cover my back teeth but that may just be my big mouth. This was easily fixed though by just stretching them a bit when heated up before molding them to my teeth. Been using a couple of weeks now and even though I scrub it every morning when brushing my teeth it has turned very slightly yellow (not sure its not somehow user error) but there is no effect to use. I thought the thickness may have been a issue but its actually surprisingly comfortable to wear and has completely stopped my jaws/teeth aching.
