Finally sleeping through the night!!!
I was skeptical at first, but The Sleep Guard has completely changed my nights. For years, I struggled with disrupted sleep due to grinding my teeth/snoring/restlessness (insert your reason here), and nothing seemed to help long-term. After reading a few positive reviews, I decided to give this a try—and I’m so glad I did. From the very first night, I noticed a difference. It’s surprisingly comfortable, easy to use, and stays in place throughout the night. I wake up feeling more rested, with none of the jaw soreness I used to experience. The quality is also impressive—it doesn’t feel cheap or flimsy like some other products I’ve tried. What I really appreciate is how low-maintenance it is. Just a quick rinse in the morning and it’s ready to go again. After a few weeks of consistent use, I’ve even noticed an improvement in my mood and energy levels during the day. Highly recommend this if you’re struggling with sleep issues and want a simple, effective solution. It’s been a total game-changer for me.

Easy to use
Great quality and super easy to use! The material feels durable yet comfortable, and the slim 3mm design makes it barely noticeable during sleep. Fitting was simple following the clear instructions, and it provides solid protection against grinding. Excellent value with multiple sizes included!

Short trays even the larger ones
Even the larger tray is so short - last two teeth aren’t covered - so high in the front and thick, but then just too short to stop back teeth meeting. So frustrating! No dearies ever said I have an extra long jaw but I do have wisdom teeth - product should be more clearly labelled it’s for front few teeth not like a regular mouth guard for sports or from the dentist…

Confusing packaging
Product is fine but packaged with small in one sealed packet and large in another without any markings on the outside to explain which is which.

Soft comfy fit
Much more comfortable than the dental made one and a fraction of the price. Tricky to get molding correct initially but once you get it right a comfortable wear. Might not last that long as very soft but for the price and comfort worth it

Work well
Works very well apart from I found them a little small and didn't quite cover my back teeth but that may just be my big mouth. This was easily fixed though by just stretching them a bit when heated up before molding them to my teeth. Been using a couple of weeks now and even though I scrub it every morning when brushing my teeth it has turned very slightly yellow (not sure its not somehow user error) but there is no effect to use. I thought the thickness may have been a issue but its actually surprisingly comfortable to wear and has completely stopped my jaws/teeth aching.

Having headaches in your temples or sinuses… get these!
After having headaches for over 8 years and trying everything, I finally tried a mouth guard. I didn’t even realise I was grinding my teeth but after researching headaches in the morning, mainly temples, eyes and forehead that was the most likely cause. Started using it 3 weeks ago - haven’t had a headache since! Guards are easy to use and mould when warm, comfortable to sleep in after you’ve warn them a few nights.

TheSleepGuard [Original] Mouth Guard for Teeth Grinding
I used to wake up with a sore, tired jaw from grinding my teeth in my sleep. It was painful and annoying. I tried TheSleepGuard mouth guard and it has been a total game changer! This mouth guard is comfortable and easy to use. You just boil it for 60 seconds to soften it, then bite down to mold it to your teeth. It forms a protective barrier between your top and bottom teeth, absorbing the force from any teeth grinding. I was amazed at how well it worked from the very first night. I woke up without any jaw soreness or pain. It fits my mouth perfectly and stays in place all night. I barely notice it's there. TheSleepGuard is made of soft, flexible material that cushions your teeth and prevents damage. My dentist said it is helping protect my enamel and reduce stress on my jaw joints. I have been using this mouth guard for weeks now and my nighttime teeth grinding has completely stopped. No more headaches or jaw pain in the morning. It was super affordable too. If you grind your teeth, I highly recommend TheSleepGuard. It's comfortable, effective, and gave me back peaceful, pain-free mornings. This simple device really improved my sleep quality. 5 stars!

Good quality mouth guards. Easy to mold and comfortable to wear at night. I like that the set includes two sizes, so you can choose the best fit. Slim design, doesn’t feel bulky, and stays in place while sleeping. Overall, a good option for teeth grinding.

I am extremely satisfied with how soft the plastic is. It is very, very comfortable in my mouth. I don’t love having something in my mouth while I’m sleeping at ALL, but the comfort of the plastic definitely goes a long way toward helping me do it. My first night, I had it in for an hour or two and then I just had to take it out. I slept some and put it back in around 4am because I could tell I had been clenching/grinding. I slept with it in from 4am to 7am and then I had to take it out again. I think it will probably take me a little bit to get used to it and to be able to sleep through the whole night with it, but the way I see it, any amount of time I sleep in it is cutting down on damage to my teeth!! (I’m also thinking of it like a new piece of jewelry — for those of you like me who wear certain rings 24/7, when you get a new one, it can feel like such a foreign object, but within a week of wearing it all the time, you don’t notice it anymore. I am determined to get my brain to such a point of familiarity with this guard that it completely filters out the feedback that it’s in my mouth! 😆) It’s probably worth noting that I’m on the spectrum so not everyone will be as overwhelmed by the sensory experience as I am. I have had trouble sleeping in earplugs, too. I have zero experience with dentist-made sleep guards so I can’t compare this one to those; however, I will say it is noticeable in your mouth and while I wouldn’t call it bulky, it’s also not discreet or subtle or “a perfect fit.” But it definitely works and it is definitely an excellent value for the money. The instructions were on point and easy to follow; the comments on the video were also helpful. One guy said that the top teeth are usually easier to fit than the bottom teeth but you can fit whichever one you want. You do not wear a top guard and a bottom guard at the same time. Possibly this is obvious to most people; it was not obvious to me and it was only thanks to someone else’s review that I learned it. I fitted to my top teeth. I’m tempted to boil water and go through the fitting process again because I have a hunch it could be fitted just a bit more snug. But even if I don’t go through the process again, I am happy with it. You get two small and two large. I like that a lot because it gives you a spare if you mess up. And if you don’t mess up, you can make a guard for top teeth AND bottom teeth if you want to change it up. ;) It definitely stays in place. No issue there. It was easy enough to mold; the only thing I would say about the process is use more pressure to mold it than you think is necessary because I think I didn’t use enough. It’s also possible my water cooled off too much — our home is drafty and chilly in the wintertime, so I suspect I shouldn’t have let the water cool quite as long as the instructions said. Overall, this product is 1) saving my teeth and 2) saving my money so I am giving it five stars. I have to get used to having it in my mouth and maybe it would be less of process with a dental-grade guard but I don’t have the money to spend on such a luxury. Time and patience will be my friends instead of money. 😜 One last remark: the case does not have any holes in it for releasing moisture? I’m not sure if I’m missing something, but this really bothered me. This is an item you put in your mouth, so I really need it to not be getting musty and/or moldy or mildewy. I couldn’t stand the thought of it sitting in an open case and I also couldn’t stand the thought of it building up condensation in a closed case, so I used a 1/8” drill bit to drill three holes in the top and four in the back (none on the bottom for obvious reasons) so that air can circulate the case without letting in any particulate (hopefully…). I wish they made the cases with a mesh-like pattern built into the plastic to allow moisture to evaporate. But this product is STILL protecting my teeth and saving me hundreds of dollars so it still gets five stars even though the case seemed less protective and more like a mini sauna for the mouth guard. 😬 I definitely recommend this product. Easy to use all around, and a very, very comfortable plastic. (Oh, last note — it protects teeth from damage but it does not help tremendously with the pain in a jaw from clenching. I am still researching what to do about that. I don’t normally have a problem with this to begin with, but life has been particularly stressful and overwhelming for the last month and I am pretty sure that’s why this problem has developed. If you’re looking for something to alleviate jaw pain, this isn’t going to help much, but it WILL protect your teeth so I would highly encourage using it anyway.) (No wait, THIS is the last note — it’s possible the case has no holes for air circulation because bacteria getting in is a bigger concern. I’m not sure. I modified the case because of how I understand the physics of it but maybe talk to someone smarter than me before you put holes in the case. I’m off to go research more about that myself…)

I’ve been using these mouth guards for about a week, and they really help with my teeth clenching at night. My jaw feels more relaxed in the morning, and I’ve noticed less tension and pain. I like that the pack comes with four guards and two different sizes — it’s convenient and a good value. They’re comfortable once you get used to them, and easy to clean. The only thing is, they’re not custom-fitted, so it might take a couple of nights to find the perfect fit. But overall, they work great and do exactly what they promise!

This was my first time using a sleep guard. The instructions were clear, so I had no trouble adjusting the guard to fit my teeth. I liked that the set includes both a small and a large size, it easy to choose the one that felt right for me. The material is soft and comfortable to wear, and in the areas where it felt a bit too big or uncomfortable, I could easily trim it for a perfect fit.
