Q: I just received a new hiboy s2 pro but it won’t turn on. when i plug the battery in, the indicator light is green. what’s going on here?

I just received the hiiboy s2 pro. Did you hold the button in for 5 seconds to turn it on. Green means the battery is charged. Do the lights turn on. Try downloading the hiiboy s2 app. You sure u didnt unplug the wire when you pushed in the wires for the handle bars, it unplugs easy?

Perhaps it needs to be charged. Try charging for about 6 hours.
