DeckUp Uniti 2 Door Engineered Wood Wardrobe (Dark Wenge, Matte Finish)

I recently got this almirah installed and I must say I’m very impressed. The team handled everything with speed and professionalism – installation was smooth, hassle-free, and without any unnecessary delays or excuses. The almirah itself is sturdy, well-finished, and exactly as shown. The storage is practical with a good combination of hanging space and shelves, and the overall look adds a nice touch to the room. Really happy with both the product quality and the no-nonsense installation process. Highly recommend!

Its sturdy, and surprisingly spacious. The interior layout is practical. The service desk is helpful in provding staff for assembling. Good value for money—highly recommended!

I would not recommend this product to anyone due to the following reasons. 1. The delivery handles was irresponsible, just kept outside my premises 2. The joinery fittings are not strong and with poor standard 3. The back cover was dangerously bad quality ie less than 3mm paper board trquiring proper plywood which will add up cost 4. Most of the fittings needed replacement that raised increase the cost again .5. They don’t commit about installation and if you ask for installation service, they would only keep sending irritating system generated answers without sending any technician that forced me to spend 1500 Rs. more 6. The bush over which the whole wardrobe stands on floor are not good and of substandard material 7. Unfortunately the customer service personnel I encountered on behalf of Amazon was inclined more towards the interest of vendor rather than customer, which shook my basic interest towards continuation of being a customer of Amazon

Good quality worth buying

The wardrobe was delivered quickly, which I really appreciate. However, the size is smaller than what it looks like in the pictures, so that was a bit disappointing. Also, there’s no free or even paid installation service from the seller’s end. I got a call from their installation team saying someone would reach out in two days—but no one ever did. After waiting for 6 days, I contacted Amazon, and they thankfully arranged a paid installation service for me. The Amazon engineer came the very next morning and installed it in about an hour and a half. One hinge was missing, but the engineer somehow managed to fix it anyway. Still no follow-up or support from the seller. As for the wardrobe itself. It looks decent, but definitely on the smaller side. It’s not very sturdy, so I wouldn’t recommend it for people who move houses often. But it does the job if you’re looking for extra storage in a temporary setup. I got it to store my special occasion sarees and clothes, and for that, it works fine. That said, I do feel the price is slightly high for the size and quality, especially considering the extra installation charges. DeckUp Plank really needs to work on their after-sales service and reconsider their pricing. Overall, I’d say it’s an ok-ok deal. You can go for it, but keep your expectations in check. Update: After my review, DeckUp reached out to me. Since the assembly was actually free but I had to pay for installation via Amazon, they offered me a compensation amount much higher than what I spent, as a goodwill gesture. I received the amount today. That was real prompt. This definitely earned them a good market credibility.

Quality is ok but the back part is very poor , it is not durable at all.
