Creapure is the gold standard. It's a supplement that has been proven to work. No added nonsense. With creatine supplements there is a lot of superfluous fluff. Creapure is all you need.

Been using it for a month or so. Very good, no problems!

Being brand new to creatine I really don't know what to expect. I've read it would help with training, performance recovery, etc. I've also read that some experience negative side effects such as bloating, diarrhea, etc. After taking the serving size of 3 g for 9 days 'm happy to report that I've had no side effects. I also have not felt any difference in performance, recovery, etc. I'm assuming I will have to take this for a few weeks to notice any changes. Most gurus recommend taking minimum of 5g but their serving size is 3g. I wonder if I should increase to see any changes.
