I like it seems to do what it's supposed to do. Helps with my breathing.

NAC is a sulfur based supplement, which is where it gets its sulfury rotten egg smell. It is supposed to smell that way. If it doesnt smell that way then there is something wrong with it. It appears to be the real thing and I will buy more of this brand.
