Tigernut flour Waffle and Pancake Mix | 10 oz | Organic | Vegan | Gluten, Soy, and Sugar Free

I love the ease of using this mix and have discovered that it is very difficult to burn this. Once you make pancakes (or waffles which I did not make) they freeze well and I toasted them in the toasted over and everything was great. I will definitely consider buying this mix again.

My wife just made me a Spera pancake in a cast iron skillet with maple syrup, blueberries and red raspberries...WOW!!! This was one delicious, tasty, yummy, mouthwatering, scrumptious, fit-for-a-king pancake, not to mention how healthy it was for me! I highly recommend!!! The old adage, "if it is healthy, it can't taste good" just went out the window! I would give this product 6 stars if Amazon would let me. From one happy Texan [and former Alaskan]!

These were good, but honestly too much cinnamon flavor for my liking. I like cinnamon, but in smaller amounts. That was all I tasted. I added blueberries to try to give the pancakes another flavor, but could not taste those at all. I do love that this company is making tigernut flour products. If they make a cinnamon-free version of this, I would definitely try that.

The package I received looked like it had been manhandled! Cannot even read the ingredient list and it expires in July! Says not eligible for a refund, so I'm stuck!

Ummmm. This is definitely an acquired taste, It's not bad but I tried the pancakes, plain, with a little jam and then with a little syrup, unfortunately they tasted better with syrup and when their hot, they were horrible once they got slightly warm and worse when reheated. Due to the benefits of the tiger nut I'd tuff it out and buy the mix again, I'll just have to figure out a way to stomach it first.

This is my favorite healthy alternative for waffles! Delicious taste and makes you feel fuller faster. My husband and I can’t order enough of this!

We loved this mix. I have a child who is allergic to gluten. The tiger nut products taste like waffles and pancakes straight from grandmas table!!
