I brought this thing for leg exercise. It has been perfect for that🥰The more I read what it was really for ,Thank God my mother taught me how to work that out without a machine & do not let too many in because u only get 1😅

Great product for money

I can’t get the knob to fit the rod because they are the same size. Unless it’s supposed to be a smaller rod inside so the knob can attach to it. None of the reviews show how to assemble it. I will have to return it

No instruction on the proper way to use it. Comes with these skinny straps, not sure how they get tightened on. Twisting the resistance all the way and used and the straps dont stay on I feel no resistance. Im not happy woth it at all.

Works well. Came with "Kegel Trainer" printed on the outside of the box. Made me giggle but not really what I wanted shown when I'm using it for my legs.

This thigh exerciser is a nice addition for the home gym and the quality feel sturdy while still giving you a good workout.

I wish I had purchased this a long time ago. It really works and is much better then others
