I've been using Puritan's pride products for a few years now and love the quality. The price point is also spot on. If you have done any research on omegas and their benefits to your body especially your heart, then you should buy this product. I try to keep it stocked at all times and take it daily.

If you have trouble swallowing pills, these are NOT for you!!!! You need lots of liquid to get these babies down. I chose this brand because of the additional vitamins that these capsules contain. Not many brands contain Omega 7 or Vitamin K and these do. I have not noticed any fishy smell, taste or burps, so they seem to be working for me. Other than the size, I can't complain.

Fairly easy to swallow and no aftertaste...good product

I like that this has all the good omegas, 3,5,6,7 and 9 all together in one soft and smooth gel cap. I am not a healthcare professional, don't take my word here, ask your doctor about this, but I have read that even though some are bad, this has the correct amount. Please check it with your healthcare professionals for your individual situation. It is a big pill, however it is easy easy to swallow. I also take the cod liver oil at night to improve my intake of the good omegas.

Even if it is big it has a special effect on day to day metabolism. I like being able to move freely and the combination of omegas work fine. For the eyes mainly with vitamin A and E. I think it resurrects the substance called Myelin for the nerves at the eyes and ears; or keeps it from harm.

I was having ain in my right knee for months. I started taking this and knee pain gone! Completely gone! I never ever believe these kinds of reviews and here I am writing one. If it didn't happen to me I would call BS but I experienced this first hand.
