Who do you clean the tube?

I put a little dish soap into the bladder and clean it well, then I drain it through the tube. To drain through tube, fill the bladder and then hold it higher than the mouthpiece over a sink and pinch the mouthpiece open. Once I drain it all, I keep rinsing the bladder and tube with fresh water until there’s no soap residue left.

Does the water pipe and mouthpiece clip on anywhere in the front? It is very long and I can’t figure out how to secure it closer to my mouth.

Bladder won't flow: I've used other hydration bladders and didn't have a problem but I cannot get this one to flow. Anyone know how to resolve? TIA

Two thoughts here, the bite valve needs to be pulled open, is it open? Second thought, if your bite valve is open and it’s not flowing is the bag collapsed on itself where the tube connects to the bag? Should be easy to correct. Just make sure the bottom of the bag isn’t obstructed, helps to use the tab at the top of the bag to hold the bladder up.
