Best balsamic vinegar I've tried to date
Worth every penny, most cheaper balsamic vinegar is quite thin and acidic whereas this is thicker and not so acidic. Drizzle this over tomatoes and is a game changer! I use this now as a salad dressing as you only need to drizzle a tiny amount and bottle I bought a few months back and used often still looks part full so. lasts for ages. It really is worth paying that little extra to get an amazing taste, I wont get the cheaper ones now that I know how much this changes the taste of what your eating with it on, maybe its just the make I'm not sure but I will be sticking with this going forward. Vinegar quality: 10/10 Thickness: It is a lot thicker than most vinegars but once its on food it thins out

Great Taste
Great, I really like the thick consistency and it has a well rounded taste. Not like the cheap supermarket product. Would buy again.

Rich and decadent
I won't pretend to be an expert on Balsamic vinegar, however this is absolutely gorgeous. Rich and flavourful, paired with good olive oil on your salad it is incredible. I've had a few different ones in the past, but I would definitely say this is the absolute best! I had to have a previous one replaced though, as the delivery driver just threw it over my back gate, smashing the bottle. Perhaps increase the packaging if possible?

Dark, thick and sweet: a good buy
We have always bought basic balsamic vinegar from the supermarket for dressings and more recently, my favourite lunch has included avocado and balsamic vinegar. I bought a bottle of our usual brand from Tesco but when I used it, it nearly melted my eyeballs. The vinegar taste was extremely strong and alcoholic, it was watery and had none of the light earthy sweetness I have expected. Outraged at the assault on my tastebuds I decided I would get some proper balsamic vinegar and ignore the cost. The Odysea was just over twice the cost of the supermarket brand but when I opened the stoppered bottle and poured it out I could instantly tell it was value for money. The Odysea balsamic vinegar is aged for 10 years, dark, viscous and, what tastes to me, sweet with figgy overtones complementing the smooth vinegar flavours: definitely not eyeball melting. This balsmic vinegar would be excellent mixed with olive oil for dressing or dipping ciabatta or french bread.

My go to
The only balsamic vinegar I use as it's a deliciously thick syrup thay tastes devine. Unlike anything else on the market.

WOW ! Simply Stunning
We brought home an expensive balsamic vinegar from Ponti when we went to Rome a couple of years ago and bought Odysea when we wanted to replace it. In our opinion this is as good if not better. It is sumptuously smooth, rich and with a perfect level of sweetness and it elevates antipasti and salads to a new level. So good and such good value that we are now ordering it on Subscribe and Save with their excellent Olive Oil.
