This step ladder is very sturdy with large wide steps and a rounded handle at the top to hold onto. It has a latch to keep it from folding while in use. It also folds nicely and can tuck into a small space for storage. It’s also taller than most to reach higher. I would recommend this product. #CritiqueIndy

The left leg of the ladder does not touch the floor when the ladder is fully opened. It can be sturdy if it’s against a solid wall, cabinet...I have to try to see how it is when it is fully opened and not close to anything solid. Right now I’m a little uncertain how safe this ladder is. I might have to fix the leg or return it.After a week of the using the ladder, it is only wobbly because the floor is found to be uneven. It is, after all, a sturdy ladder!

I am 5’1” and wanted a ladder for kitchen use (cupboards up to the ceiling). The support bar at the top makes it very stable going both up and down the ladder. The depth, when folded shut, fits perfectly behind my laundry room door, and it hangs great from a wide hook we installed for it. The tread on the steps is good for making the steps non-slip. Good choice for the money.

I'm rather short, so I got this to help me reach items on high shelves. It is wonderful! It's very sturdy and easy to use. It folds up very neatly to a slim profile. I can reach anything I need to now!

When I receive this ladder, it was a big dent at the bottom due to heavy ness and shipping handling. I had no idea this would be so handy. I am pretty short, a littler over 5 ft, maybe 3 or 4 inches, so I can barely reach anything in my house. It did take some time to get more comfortable in using this ladder, as it seemed rather thin, but it has been able to support me in various activities: changing lights, reaching the ceiling, dusting, etc. with no problem. It folds up relatively thin and I can store it behind a bookshelf when I am not using it, I only wish the steps were a bit thicker, similar to traditional wooden ladders as that would relieve all worry from me when climbing higher and higher and putting my weight onto this.

I would recommend this product. Good value for a good price
